מחויבות לנגישות | Our Commitment

אנו מחויבים להנגשת האתר שלנו לכל המשתמשים, כולל אנשים עם מוגבלויות, בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח-1998 ותקנות הנגישות הישראליות.

We are committed to ensuring our website is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in compliance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998) and the Israeli Accessibility Regulations.

רמת התאמה | Conformance Level

אתר זה שואף לעמוד בדרישות התקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 לנגישות תכנים באינטרנט, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0 ברמה AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), בהתאם לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013.

This site aims to conform to Israeli Standard IS 5568, based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA, per the Israeli service accessibility regulations (2013).

מה אנחנו עושים | What We Do

• ניווט מקלדת: ניתן לנווט באתר במלואו באמצעות מקלדת בלבד, כולל דילוג לתוכן ראשי, ניווט בקטגוריות, פתיחה וסגירה של חלונות, וניהול עגלת הקניות.
• Keyboard navigation: The entire site can be navigated using keyboard only, including skip-to-content, category navigation, modal open/close, and cart management.

• תמיכה בקוראי מסך: כל הרכיבים מסומנים עם תפקידי ARIA, תוויות ומצבים מתאימים. הודעות דינמיות מוקראות אוטומטית באמצעות אזורי aria-live.
• Screen reader support: All elements are marked with appropriate ARIA roles, labels, and states. Dynamic updates are announced via aria-live regions.

• ניגודיות צבעים: האתר עומד ביחסי ניגודיות 4.5:1 לטקסט רגיל ו-3:1 לטקסט גדול, בהתאם לדרישות WCAG AA. נתמך גם מצב כהה וגם Windows High Contrast Mode.
• Color contrast: The site meets 4.5:1 contrast ratios for normal text and 3:1 for large text per WCAG AA requirements. Dark mode and Windows High Contrast Mode are supported.

• הפחתת תנועה: אנימציות מופחתות אוטומטית למשתמשים שהגדירו "prefers-reduced-motion" במערכת ההפעלה.
• Reduced motion: Animations are automatically reduced for users who have set "prefers-reduced-motion" in their operating system.

• אזורי מגע: כל הכפתורים ואלמנטים אינטראקטיביים עומדים בגודל מינימלי של 44x44 פיקסלים.
• Touch targets: All buttons and interactive elements meet the minimum 44x44px touch target size.

בדיקות נגישות | Accessibility Testing

אנו מבצעים בדיקות נגישות אוטומטיות באמצעות axe-core כחלק מתהליך הפיתוח שלנו, וכן בדיקות ידניות של ניווט מקלדת.

We perform automated accessibility testing using axe-core as part of our development process, as well as manual keyboard navigation testing.

מגבלות ידועות | Known Limitations

חלקים מסוימים באתר ובשירות, ובהם תכנים המועלים על ידי מסעדות (כגון תמונות מנות ומסמכים להורדה), עשויים שלא להיות נגישים במלואם. אנו פועלים לשיפור מתמיד, ונשמח לקבל דיווח על כל תוכן שאינו נגיש.

Some content, including restaurant-uploaded material (such as dish photos and downloadable documents), may not yet be fully accessible. We continuously improve and welcome reports of any inaccessible content.
